PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT EVERYTHING WE SELL IS HAND MADE~ meaning that they are not cookie cutter production, making them unusual and unique, not department store perfection. We never sell anything that we feel is damaged or flawed, but please expect variations and character in each piece, they are made by family crafters with limited equipment, not in huge factories, so just remember its made with love not technology.

MEASUREMENTS ARE ESTIMATES, and each peice can vary an inch or 2~I measure and remeasure each item to be sure of the best description, but please ask questions if you are unclear of size- MEASUREMENTS ARE ACTUAL GARMET MEASUREMENTS, not body size, so allow room for comfort.

Unless otherwise notes, ALL IMAGES ARE EXAMPLES, so please expect very minor variations from the image to the actual item. We never use example pictures for anything that is not nearly identical~ so the picture represents the item almost exactly.

Shipping, Returns & Questions

We ship as fast as we can, and while most things go out within a couple days, sometimes the orders outpace us, so please allow up to a week, plus delivery time.

You will recieve an email when your item(s) ship out, so if you don't recieve an email from us withing a few days of ordering, please feel free to email us to check on the status of your order.

We ship in a variety of methods, based on size, weight and destination at our discretion~ if you need a specific shipment method please email prior to your purchase to request it (and keep in mind it may effect the shipping costs)

WE RECYCLE ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL AND TRY TO MINIMIZE WASTE IN EVERY WAY~ PLEASE expect items to be neatly folded, but packed in lightweight bags or recycled boxes with no additional padding/packaging unless needed- if your item needs extra padding, please don't be surprised if it is wrapped in recycled/reused packing material. We ship everything safely and properly padded, but recycling and reusing as much as possible is very important to us!

If for any reason your purchase won't work out for you (size, shape, color, just changed your mind) its NO PROBLEM! Just email us about it to get a return authorization number and send it back in its original condition with tags attached within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.
